HIROSHIGE (1797-1858): aiban yoko-e, seven prints from the so called Gyosho Tokaido series, the stations of Hodogaya, Kawasaki, Hiratsuka, Futakawa, Yoshiwara, Naruto and Otsu, all but one signed Hiroshige ga, three with publisher Ezakiya's seal; a chuban yoko-e, so called Kyoka Tokaido series, the station of Arai, published by Sanoya Kihei; oban yoko-e, Yase no sato from the set Kyoto meisho no uchi; and oban tate-e, Iwami from the series 'Famous places of sixty-odd provinces', all three signed--generally good impressions and colour, some with centre fold, some damaged (10)
