SIGNED YANAGISAWA IPPO KINSEI EARLY 20TH CENTURY
Decorated with gold hiramakie, okibirame and mother-of-pearl inlays with flowering cherry blossom and a sixteen-petal chrysanthemum mon on the front door, with metal carrying handle and hinges carved in relief with karakusa on nanako ground, gold ground interior decorated with gold hiramakie and okibirame, three drawers similarly decorated with hirame interiors, each having metal knob in the form of chrysanthemum, (minor damage and some old restoration to one corner), with fitted box
