A PAIR OF KAKIEMON COCKERELS
LATE 17TH CENTURY
Each with an open beak standing on rock work bases displaying their plumage, the details moulded and decorated in iron-red, blue, black, green and yellow enamels, the irregularly shaped bases in a washed iron-oxide, one slightly raised, the other one at the rear partly glazed, (each with some restoration to wing feathers and beaks)
21.5cm. and 22cm. high (2)
