Each with serpentine top banded with painted acanthus scrolls with central acanthus clasps, above a panelled and stiff-leaf frieze and on turned tapering reeded legs headed by spirally fluted and acanthus collars, joined by a flat stretcher with central pierced trellis and laurel roundel flanked by crossed acanthus, urn-shaped feet, the feet largely replaced, the underside of one inscribed in pencil 26-3-20
