Manuscript on gold-sprinkled paper, 247ff., each with 17ll. of minute black naskh, gold roundels between verses, gold margins between black rules, red and blue outer rules, gold ruled outer margin, illuminated marginal medallions marking the divisions of text, the juz' and sura identified in red at the top of each page, sura headings in gold on blue, red, pink, green or orange panels, (slightly trimmed, negligible staining and smudging), opening bifolio illuminated in gold, blue and red (small damages and repairs), later tan lacquer binding with gold and polychrome decoration, red lacquer doublures
