Lot Essay

This work is a commentary on Al-Mughni fi Usul al-Fiqh by Jalal al-Din Abu Muhammad 'Umar bin Muhammad al-Khabbazi(d.AH 691/1292 AD). Mecca, where this volume was written, was also where the author died. One of the two marginal commentaries is unattributed, while the other is the little known one of Qadi.
