Oil on canvas, each panel with a single full-length figure, three with noblemen on horseback wearing tall black hats and coloured kaftans with jewelled belts, the horses with jewelled trappings, another standing figure similarly attired, a dervish with begging bowl and staff, and a lady on horseback in blue chador, with simple gold-painted surrounds (slight damages), on rectangular stretchers with pointed tops
