maker's mark of William Cripps, London, 1758, supplied by Phillips Garden
Shaped-circular and with reeded rim applied with berried laurel leaves, the borders chased with trailing foliage and sunflowers, the centre engraved with a coat-of-arms within a shell and scroll cartouche, each marked on reverse and engraved with scratch weight
