First edition of Bull's collected sermons, published posthumously by his son, as Bull had desired, HANDSOMELY BOUND FOR QUEEN ANNE shortly before her death in 1714. Although the title-page announces that Nelson's life of the author is prefixed to the present edition, it was published separately in 1714. (3)
