The ogee bowl inscribed Johann Friderich Heufer 1766 within a rococo-scroll cartouche, flanked by named scenes of figures at various pursuits representing the Seasons, the reverse with a gilt scallop-shell, the rim gilt, on a faceted rudimentary knop stem above a spreading foot with hatched footrim (two chips to rim, wear to gilding)
