The first with a slender waisted bowl engraved with hops and barley, on a plain stem filled with spiral threads above a conical foot, 8¾in. (22.3cm.) high; the second with a bowl engraved with four crossed ears of barley, on a shoulder-knopped stem filled with spiral threads above a domed foot (chip to footrim), 9 3/8in.
