A North German fayence blue and white rococo tureen and cover Circa 1760, most probably Kiel
Painted with stylised flower-sprays and scattered insects, the border and below the scroll handles moulded with stylised foliage, on four scroll feet, the cover with feuilles-de-choux borders and chinese hat finial (the base extensively repaired, slight chips to rim of cover)
