The cup painted with the Madonna, Child and St. John (Madonna della Sedia) after Raphael within an oval gilt line panel, the rims with bands of entwined black fern fronds, the high scroll handle and rims enriched in gilt (the cup with very minor chip to underside of footrim), iron-red stencilled mark Dagoty/a Paris
