One painted and enamelled with a group of contending archers aiming at a phoenix painted on a screen, before a scholar and his wife standing on a terrace by their chairs, and young ladies watching in the background, all below prunus branches and rockwork on the neck, the cover with boys at play between rocks; the other with a similar scene with young men presenting themselves before the seated scholar, both with cracks and rim chips
