A Victorian terracotta urn

The scalloped rim hung with vines, above the fluted tapering body and bulbous lower bowl, with a pair of trailing vine moulded handles, on a foliate foot, restorations and losses to foot; and a terracotta pedestal, of square shape, the sides raised with an owl, a cockerel a full sun and a setting sun, on a square plinth, damage to plinth
The urn: 35in. (89cm.) high; 26¼in. (66.5cm.) diameter
The pedestal: 14in. (35.5cm.) high; 11in. (28cm.) square (2)
