An ivory netsuke of Ibaraki disguised as a Hannya-faced old woman carrying a large severed arm, signed Toshu kore o horu, late 18th/early 19th Century, 5.5cm. high; a wood model of an oni making a face, in the style of Yoshimura Shuzan, 6.5cm.; another of Bunbuku chagama, ring holders of a kettle and a finial of the cover in ivory, unsigned, 19th Century, 3.5cm. high; and a roaring and seated tiger on a bamboo plank, signed Mokuyu, early 19th Century, 3.5cm. wide (4)
