19th Century
Each decorated in various coloured enamels and gilt on underglaze blue with large shaped panels depicting a lady on horse back and attendants, small panels decorated with flowers, karashishi and carp, the blue ground with numerous butterflies, the covers similarly decorated and surmounted by a knop finial, (both with cracks)
