TWO SMALL SQUARE SATSUMA KORO AND COVERS
The first signed Chozan, the second signed Hogetsuzan, 19th Century
The first with concave sides decorated in various coloured enamels and gilt with figures and the upper side and cover decorated with chrysanthemum flowerheads among karakusa, (slightly rubbed); and another similarly decorated with chrysanthemum flowers, handles in the form of karashishi masks and a pierced cover with kiku finial, (the cover damaged)
