engraving, 1504, a very fine, rich and black Meder IIc impression, displaying fine clarity of detail, watermark Bull's Head (M. 62), trimmed on or just within the borderline almost all round, retaining the fillet of blank paper outside the subject in places at the left edge, a soft central horizontal fold, another horizontal crease across the figures' thighs (slightly rubbed on the thighs), one or two touches of pen and ink around Eve's left hand, a made-up strip at the lower sheet edge, otherwise generally in very good condition
