engraving, circa 1592, second (final) state, a very fine and rich impression, watermark Crowned Coat of Arms with Fleur-de-Lys (cf. Briquet 7210), with thread margins at top and bottom, otherwise trimmed on or fractionally inside the platemark, a few skilfully repaired tears at the left sheet edge extending approximately 5cm. into the subject and smaller, several soft central horizontal creases mainly visible on the reverse, otherwise generally in good condition
