etching with drypoint, 1652, third (final) state, a fine impression of this rare print, with very good contrasts, some slight slipped printing lower left, watermark Foolscap, with thread margins or trimmed on the platemark, a round thin and unobtrusive paper flaw (?) left of centre, a thin spot and short associated horizontal crease near the top, two or three other lesser thin spots, a thin diagonal crease in the sky above centre, some tiny brown spots and very slight stains, other lesser defects
