A walnut bureau cabinet
early 18th century
The upper part with a broken moulded arched cornice, fitted with adjustable shelves, pigeon-holes and drawers and enclosed by a pair of shaped arched mirror panelled doors with two candleslides below, the lower part with a sloping fall enclosing a fitted interior with drawers pigeon-holes and central enclosed compartment and well with slide, containing two short and two long drawers below, on bracket feet, parts re-veneered, some mouldings of a later date
