The first of 'Step' type, holding a baluster jug and a pipe, in brown hat, streaked manganese frock-coat with a dog at his feet, handle lacking before firing (chips to hat and fingers); the second of conventional type, holding a globular jug of frothing ale, in brown hat, green waistcoat, streaked blue frock-coat and breeches, with a pipe at his side (chip, misfiring and flaking to hat and shoes)
