Modelled as a man in black hat, blue frock-coat, yellow buttons and frogging, yellow waistcoat, orange breeches and black shoes, seated on a blue and manganese barrel, the reverse with the date 1774, supported by a green branch forming the handle, his left hand to his chest and a small tankard in his right hand (restoration to hat, top of tankard lacking, front of barrel pierced, some minor flaking)
