Each with arched gadrooned toprail centred by scrolling acanthus above the horizontal splat with plume coronet flanked by acanthus scrolls, the drop-in seat covered in brown floral cotton, on turned tapering and baluster reeded legs, one chair with restored uprights, restoration to one toprail, stamped HLUCAS, one chair inscribed in chalk C. H. Demy 79 (8)
