Applied in white relief with figures, possibly emblematic of Day and Night, of Diana and Cupid to one side and to the other with Venus and Cupid with poppies after Montfaucon beneath garlands and within dot and ropetwist borders, the neck with a stiff-leaf border, lapidary polished edges
4¾in. (12cm.) high overall
