Modelled by Guiseppe Gricci, seated to the left, with light-brown coat and black and grey ears and muzzle, wearing a blue collar and bow with gilt bells, the puppy suckling beneath her, on a dark-red cushion with gilt tassels at the angles (minute chip to puppy, repair to one side of cushion and two tassels)
