Circa 1790, the decoration later, incised /P2 to base
With bearded mask spout and serpent handle, painted with scantily draped classical figures between borders of berried foliage and trailing vine and gilt band rims, the cover with spire finial (crack and staining to neck near handle, glaze crazing to body and some minor pitting to glaze, the cover with a minute rim chip)
