Circa 1780, blue crossed swords and star marks, the saucer with 4 and K., the cup with 3 and 1 to footrim
The cup with gilt angular handle, the waisted body painted with a grisaille portrait of Pius VI in profile to the right within a gilt circular laurel-wreath cartouche, the saucer with the Keys of St. Peter on a cloud within a similar cartouche, the cover with a papal tiara, palm branch and lilies on a cloud within a gilt oval myrtle leaf cartouche and with gilt pierced laurel-wreath finial, gilt line and interlocking circle ornament borders
