A Meissen group of two Bolognese terriers and a pug-dog
Circa 1755, blue crossed swords marks
Modelled by J.J. Kändler, the terriers with curly tails and their coats with black markings, one scratching his chin, the pug dog with brown and black coat standing behind them, his puce collar gilt with the initials S.D., on a shaped mound base applied with flowers and moulded with gilt scrolls (one claw of each terrier chipped, chip to one ear of pug-dog, some minute chipping to foliage and with crack to side of base)
