A pair of Meissen hunting groups of a Lion and a Tigress Circa 1758, blue crossed swords marks
Modelled by J.J. Kändler, the lion and tigress each being attacked by three hounds before tree-stump supports on oval bases applied with flowers and foliage, enriched in colours (base to tigress broken and repaired, restoration to tail and left paw, one hound's tail and two legs restored, tip of lion's tail lacking and tail and ear of one dog, both groups with slight chips)
