With sloping rim on short foot, the white interior with a bold radiating eight-pointed flowerhead, each petal formed of concentric bands of white, blue, white and red, the centre with a rosette roundel, the interstices filled with green fish-scale motifs, in a white border of alternating red rosettes and blue paired tulips, the underside with green and blue alternating rosettes and groups of three round flowerheads, repaired, rim and foot drilled, slight rim chips
