The canted rectangular top above four part cedar-lined frieze drawers and six simulated frieze drawers, the handles signed 'HJ', on later square tapering legs with spade feet, joined by an X-shaped stretcher, one drawer with paper label to the bottom inscribed in ink 'LADY BURNHAM 1917' and another paper label on the inside of one drawer printed 'LARS AET PENATE' with further indistinct ink inscriptions
