The cut-glass baluster nozzles suspending cut drops, on metal rods above shaped-glass flanges suspending another row of drops above cut-glass oviform knops, on domed gilt-metal bases moulded with stiff-leaf bands, fitted to cylindrical blue-dip Jasper bases applied in white relief with figures, drilled for electricity
