The lidded urn with reeded and basket-weave body and pierced finial enclosing a fitted interior with a thimble, a pierced stitch-pick, a spool and a needle-case on a stepped square plinth, the finial loose; the carved egg-shaped necessaire with a fitted interior enclosing a pair of scissors, a thimble, a scent bottle, a pencil, an ivory notepad, and two picks, the case cracked; the figure representing a sake-drinker holding a wooden bucket and bowl standing on a plinth, the plinth loose; the spool in the shape of a barrel with turned handle, lacking part of the handle
