Oblong, the white ground cover printed and painted with Les Amours Pastorales, after Hancock from an engraving by Duflos, after Boucher reserved in raised gold scrolls, the interior with the bust of a female, the long sides with The Fishing Party, after Hancock after Boitard and a musician playing as a gentleman watches his lady dance, the short sides with seated lovers guarding their flocks or reclining against the trunk of a tree, all similarly reserved, the matching base with two birds perched at an upturned basket, after Robert Hancock, with engraved gilt-metal mounts
