A Victorian silver nine-light candelabrum centrepiece and a pair of matching dessert stands

The centrepiece on shaped-oblong plinth chased with a band of berried ivy, with baluster stem and two detachable leaf-capped scroll branches, each terminating in plain circular drip-pan and vase-shaped socket with plain cylindrical nozzle, one lacking, with central five-light finial, with similar scroll branches, drip-pans, sockets and nozzles, the stem chased with panels of fruit and foliage on a matted ground, the base applied with seated allegorical figures of Music and Learning, with replacement central bowl with two cut-glass dishes and four smaller bowls and glass dishes for the side branches, and two flower and foliage finials, the dessert stands on similar shaped-oblong base and baluster stem similarly chased, each applied with two seated putti playing musical instruments, each with cut-glass circular bowl and baluster finial, with further finials formed to hold trumpet-shaped glass vases, the bases each engraved with a coat-of-arms, crest and motto, fully marked except trumpet-shaped finials unmarked
