maker's mark of Michael Fowler, Dublin, circa 1750
Shaped-oval and on four shell, scroll and foliage feet, the sides pierced with scrolls and quatrefoils and with cast and chased wheat, vine, basket of flowers and baccic mask border, with cast similarly chased swing handle, the handle engraved with a crest and the body later engraved with two coat-of-arms, marked on body and handle
