Kensu Osho, a bonze of the Binsen sect, considered as rather eccentric, wearing the same kimono by day, night, summer and winter, slept on the floor of the temple Hakuba-bujo on Tozan and spent his days catching prawns on which he survived. Hence the nick-name The Prawn Priest.
