Of gold and hirame ground, each side decorated in Shibayama style, nashiji and kirigane with a raised fan depicting a flower basket, an iris, a parrot, quail and pigeons among flowers, the interior of the cover and drawers decorated with maple leaves and cherry blossom in a stream in hirame, kirigane, gold, silver and iroe hiramakie and aogai inlay, nashiji interiors and engraved kanagu, (slight wear, an inlay missing)
