The katana mumei, 18th Century, the wakizashi mei: Yamato no kami Yoshimichi, 17th Century
The blade honzukuri, iorimune, chugissaki, slight torii-zori, forging pattern itame mixed with coarse masame, tempered edge ko-midare of nioi and nie, tang suriage with three holes, 67.5cm.; the wakizashi blade honzukuri, iorimune, chu-gissaki with slight torii-zori, forging pattern itame, tempered edge midare and choji of nie and nioi, tang ubu, 45.2cm.; encased in a roironuri scabbard, blue cotton wrapped hilt, Soten style shakudo nanako fuchi-kashira decorated with warriors, shakudo and gilt menuki of warriors, iron mokkogata tsuba decorated with gilt dragon and clouds, the wakizashi koshirae with shakudo and irogane kozuka and kogai en suite, 19th Century (2)
