A PAIR OF LATE VICTORIAN NINE-BRANCH ORMOLU CANDELABRA
Each surmounted by a vase with anthemion finial on a waisted foliate foot and dish issuing three scrolling and reeded branches terminating in a foliate stem and gadrooned dish with four ram masks and reeded drip-pan, above a waisted foliate and pearled stem and further dish, issuing six conforming branches, the ovoid body with trailed boss on three husk-trailed monopodia headed by a crowned and winged maiden-mask, joined by floral swags and a circular stretcher, terminating in hoof feet, on a concave-sided, canted, stepped triangular base with foliate bands, fitted for electricity, with eighteen frosted lamp shades
