With dome-shaped skull decorated overall with chiselled foliage framing cartouche-shaped panels encrusted with engraved silver foliage within gilt borders, and bordered around the base of the skull with shaped silver-damascened panels containing silver-damascened nasta'liq script, fitted with two plume-holders, central spike of diamond section, and adjustable nasal all decorated en suite, and with vandyked avantail of small butted rings
