A rare 11-bore Austrian Crespi patent breech-loading flintlock carbine

With browned two-stage barrel octagonal at the breech, tip-up chamber (hinged cocking lever replaced), plain tang, flat bevelled lock with stud behind the cock, moulded walnut three-quarter stock (chipped), shaped iron mounts including trigger-guard with slotted finial, two brass barrel bands, and later spear bayonet
