With tapering barrels (some light surface pitting), sighting ribs running almost to the muzzle, and brass fore-sights, the breeches each struck with crescentic signature, brass-covered tangs engraved with acanthus foliage, signed border engraved bevelled locks each with stepped tail (one lock with minor pitting, one jaw screw replaced), moulded walnut full stocks each with raised apron at the barrel tang (one fore-stock repaired, the other cracked), cast and chased bronze mounts including pierced side-plates, foliate escutcheons with coronet above (one worn), and spurred pommels each with grotesque mask cap (some wear), moulded bronze ramrod-pipes, and wooden ramrods (one damaged), one with iron, and the other with brass cap
