A fine cased pair of 32-bore flintlock duelling pistols

With signed rebrowned twist octagonal sighted barrels engraved with a band of chevron ornament at the rear and each with gold-lined touch-hole, finely engraved case-hardened tangs, signed detented case-hardened bevelled locks each with roller, safety-catch, stepped tail, and raised gold-lined pan, and retaining nearly all their original blue on the inner mechanism, figured walnut full stocks, chequered swelling flat-sided butts, engraved blued iron trigger-guards each with pineapple finial, set triggers, blued ramrod-pipes, original ramrods, one with worm and powder measure, and most of their original finish: in original lined and fitted mahogany case with accessories including associated three-way flask, the lid (bruised) with flush-fitting carrying handle and trade label for 1803-1816
