A GERMAN WALNUT AND PARQUETRY ARMOIRE
Second half 18th Century
Decorated overall with simulated panelling with concentric banding, the moulded overhanging cornice above two double-hinged doors each with three simulated panels, the hinges engraved and part-burnished, the lockplate with double-headed eagle, enclosing a plain interior, above a stepped moulded plinth and on later bun feet, previously with fitted interior, restorations, the veneer of the cornice re-laid
