Each fitted as an extending standard lamp, the later lamp attachment issuing four lights, on a reeded column above a pierced acanthus leaf frieze, the baluster-shaped vase decorated overall with cartouches of Chinese scenes of courtly life on a ground of dragons and clouds, with two maiden's-mask handles, above a conforming pierced frieze and moulded base, drilled for electricity, both with hairline cracks and restoration to the rim
