The break arch silvered dial engraved with a Roman and Arabic chapter ring with intricately pierced blued steel hands, silvered alarm disc to the centre, the arch engraved Robert Wood, London, the five pillar single fusee [wire lines] movement with verge escapement, pull wind alarm and strike on bell above, the florally engraved backplate applied with the alarm pully and pendulum holdfast, similarly engraved movement securing brackets to the case surmounted by a carrying handle to the bell top with pineapple finials, fish scale soundfrets to the sides and foliate cast quarter frets to the brass filleted front door, brass bracket feet
