Engraved half-titles by F.N.Martinet, letterpress titles and text in French and Latin, 261 engraved plates by Martinet, most folding. (Some light browning and offsetting throughout, some old staining to lower margins of volume 6, a few minor tears affecting margins). Contemporary mottled calf (rubbed, joints cracked, some hinges loose).
